Service Agreement

1.1 License Grant: PesaBass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream music and video content available on the platform for personal, non-commercial use.

1.2 Restrictions: You may not download, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly perform content unless explicitly permitted (e.g., offline downloads for premium subscribers). All content is protected by copyright law.

1.3 Availability: Content availability may vary by region and may be added or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that specific content will remain available.

1.4 Quality: Streaming quality may vary based on your internet connection, device capabilities, and subscription tier. Premium subscribers receive higher quality audio and video when available.

2.1 Plan Options: PesaBass offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Details are available on our Pricing page.

2.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize PesaBass to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

2.3 Free Trials: Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Each user is eligible for one free trial only.

2.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.

2.5 Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continuing your subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance.

3.1 Upload & Distribution: Artists who are approved can upload music and video content through the Artist Hub. You retain ownership of your content and grant PesaBass a license as described in the Terms of Service.

3.2 Monetization: Artists earn revenue through streams, tips, merchandise sales, sponsorships, and other platform features. Revenue shares and payment terms are detailed in the Royalty Agreement.

3.3 Artist Verification: Artists must complete a verification process. PesaBass reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on content quality, originality, and compliance with our guidelines.

3.4 Content Standards: All uploaded content must comply with our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.

3.5 Exclusivity: PesaBass does not require exclusive distribution rights. Artists may distribute their content on other platforms simultaneously.

4.1 Event Management: Approved organizers can create events, book artists, and manage bookings through the Organizer Hub.

4.2 Escrow: Booking payments made through the platform are held in escrow until the event is completed or conditions for release are met.

4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation terms for events are governed by the booking agreement between the organizer and the artist. PesaBass facilitates but does not guarantee refunds for cancelled events.

4.4 Liability: Organizers are solely responsible for the planning, execution, and safety of their events. PesaBass is a connecting platform and is not liable for event-related incidents.

5.1 PesaBass Wallet: The wallet is a digital ledger for platform transactions. It is not a bank account, e-wallet, or stored value facility regulated under banking laws.

5.2 Top-up: You may add funds to your wallet through supported payment methods. Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.

5.3 Payouts: Artists and organizers may withdraw earnings to their bank account or mobile money. Minimum payout thresholds and processing times apply.

5.4 Inactivity: Wallets with no activity for 24 months may be subject to dormancy policies. We will notify you before applying any dormancy actions.

5.5 Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to freeze wallets and block transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6.1 Seller Responsibility: Artists/sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, fulfillment, shipping, and customer service for merchandise orders.

6.2 Buyer Protection: Purchases made through the PesaBass Marketplace are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

6.3 Commission: PesaBass charges a commission on marketplace sales. The current commission rate is disclosed on the Artist Hub dashboard.

6.4 Prohibited Products: Counterfeit goods, illegal items, weapons, and age-restricted products without proper verification are prohibited.

7.1 Uptime: We strive for 99.9% platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7.2 Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice.

7.3 Support: Technical support is available through our Support Center. Premium subscribers receive priority support.
