Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP applies to all users of PesaBass, including fans, artists, organizers, and administrators. It covers all use of the platform including but not limited to: uploading content, streaming, messaging, commenting, buying/selling merchandise, submitting funding requests, and using the wallet system.

You may not upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, self-harm, or dangerous activities.
• Contains hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates other users.
• Contains defamatory, libelous, or knowingly false statements about individuals or organizations.
• Exploits minors in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or other illicit goods or services.
• Contains personal or private information of others without their consent (doxxing).
• Is spam, misleading, or deceptive in nature.

You may not use PesaBass to:

• System Abuse: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; exploit vulnerabilities; or perform attacks (DDoS, SQL injection, etc.).
• Automated Abuse: Use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools to scrape content, create accounts, or manipulate the platform without express written consent.
• Metric Manipulation: Artificially inflate play counts, followers, likes, comments, or other engagement metrics through any means including click farms, bot networks, or paid schemes.
• Financial Fraud: Use stolen payment methods, engage in chargebacks intended to defraud, launder money, or participate in any fraudulent financial activity.
• Impersonation: Create accounts or content that impersonate other artists, users, brands, or public figures.
• Multi-accounting: Create multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate features, or abuse promotional offers.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of PesaBass software.
• Commercial Exploitation: Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute PesaBass content or services without authorization.
• Circumvention: Bypass DRM protections, download restrictions, geographic restrictions, or any other access controls.

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at PesaBass's sole discretion:

• Warning: A formal notice sent to the user's email address.
• Content Removal: Immediate removal of offending content.
• Feature Restriction: Temporary limitation of account capabilities (e.g., upload, comment, or messaging restrictions).
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access.
• Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of account and prohibition from creating new accounts.
• Financial Holds: Freezing of wallet balances and pending payouts pending investigation.
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or initiation of legal proceedings where appropriate.

The severity of the enforcement action will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation. We reserve the right to escalate directly to permanent termination for severe offenses.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it immediately:

• Use the "Report" button available on content and user profiles within the platform.
• Submit a detailed report through our Support Center.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We take all reports seriously and respond promptly. Reporters' identities are kept confidential.
