Delete your data

You can permanently delete your PesaBass account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)

  1. Log in to your PesaBass account.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your profile, uploads, and personal data are removed.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email privacy@pesabass.music from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We verify the request and permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and account details (name, email, phone, photos).
  • Your uploads, posts, comments, likes, and follows.
  • Identity/verification documents you submitted.

Some records we are legally required to keep (e.g. transaction/tax records for completed purchases) may be retained in anonymised form for the period required by law, then deleted.

Logged in with Facebook?

You can also remove PesaBass from Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites, then use either option above to delete the data we hold.
